Shipping Cost
- We provide free shipping for all orders across India.

Processing Time
- Once your order has been placed, please allow for 2-3 business days for your order to be processed by our fulfillment team.
- Products in “Same Day Dispatch” section will be dispatched on the same business day, if received before 3 PM IST. If the order is COD, it has to be confirmed before 3 PM IST.
- From the time of shipping, it takes about 4-8 business days for domestic orders and 10-15 days for international orders to reach you.

Delays
- We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at info@shopmiri.in and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
- Miri will try its best to deliver domestic orders within 8 business days and International orders within 15 business days, but Miri cannot be held accountable for logistics network delays during peak festive periods, monsoon/rain/flood/natural disaster related disruptions, customs related delays etc.

Tracking
- For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company processing your order.
- You can track the status of your package 24 hours after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Returns

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery via this form - the only official channel. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video.

Items must be unworn/unused, with all tags intact, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Customers can choose between Store Credit (full amount, valid for 1 year) or Cash Refund (INR 500 deducted per bag). Manufacturing defect returns receive a full cash refund with no deduction.

Allow 3 business days to process once the item is received back.

Return shipping is arranged by us; please pack the bag in its original packaging with the outer carton.

Not eligible for returns/exchanges: Items purchased with store credits (partially or fully), purchases with B1G1/B2G1/B3G1 offers (except manufacturing defects), and international orders.

Store credit purchases are not eligible for discount offers.

Minor colour or texture variations do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

All the above applies to orders returned to us due to the customer being unreachable, unavailable for delivery, or incorrect address/phone number. To delay dispatch or correct order details, email us at hello@shopmiri.in at the time of ordering - we're happy to help.

For any disputes post submission of the returns form, kindly email hello@shopmiri.in with the following as subject “<Your Order ID> Return Dispute”.
- European Union 14 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. It will be the buyers responsibility to send the product back to Miri and ensure its safe transit without any damages.
