Shipping policy

  • Shipping Cost

    • We provide free shipping for all orders across India.
    • For international orders from outside India, shipping fee is USD 20 for orders under USD 300 and shipping is free for orders above USD 300. The customer is responsible for any duties, customs or taxes involved with this shipment.
  • Processing Time

    • Once your order has been placed, please allow for 2-3 business days for your order to be processed by our fulfillment team.
    • From the time of shipping, it takes about 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-15 days for international orders to reach you.
  • Delays

    • We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at info@shopmiri.in and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
  • Tracking

    • For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company processing your order.
    • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Returns

    • Products can be exchanged/returned within 3 days of delivery provided all the product tags are intact, there is no damage or signs of usage on the product.
    • Please note return shipping can be arranged by our logistics team, however, the cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer.
    • If any of the products delivered has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, is broken/damaged, or a wrong product is delivered to you, please write to us at info@shopmiri.in along with the photograph of the product as soon as you have opened the packaging. We will try to replace the product/initiate a refund depending on the scenario. Any complaint that is reported after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted. Product exchanges are subject to stock availability. Refunds will take 7-10 business days, from the date of receipt of the product in its original condition.
    • Any products purchased on sale will not be eligible for any return/refund/exchange unless you have received them in a broken/damaged condition.
    • International orders are a final sale, and cannot be returned.
